As the years went on, the company evolved from a sound studio into a full-service video production house. Libra Vision is continued today by their children and grandchildren. A true family business.
As a youngster, I frequently joined my father at his work during the school holidays.
I observed that the company, now spear-headed by my Uncle, had dedicated teams of camera crews, video editors, sound engineers, and graphics artists. Each of these disciplines had to meld together to create a final video product for the client.
I joined the company as an editor's assistant in 2012. The shift to the new online digital world had already begun. Tapes, CDs, and DVDs were fast becoming redundant. Editing systems were becoming far more versatile in their capabilities. This gave me the freedom to explore all the facets of post-production from video editing, 2D animation, 3D animation, and more. All on 1 computer.
